An environmental consulting firm propelling sustainability initiatives.

Environmental Compliance Services

Working with FOURSES makes your job complying with environmental regulations much easier.

We provide multi-media environmental compliance services to help clients navigate the regulations and understand what is required to fulfill their regulatory obligations on local, state, and federal levels. We help you interpret the environmental regulations for your business to understand your environmental permit and compliance requirements and timelines for approvals. Once you have your permit roadmap, we prepare technically sound permit applications that promote quick approvals from the regulatory agencies to meet your timelines.

Water and Stormwater

We help you comply with the federal and state specific requirements under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program.   We obtain general and individual NPDES permits for industrial sources of water and stormwater discharge. We prepare stormwater pollution prevention and management plans and training on permit and plan implementation.

Waste

Waste generation types may include hazardous, non-hazardous, residual, universal, electronic, and organic.  We help you characterize your waste streams, obtain waste permits under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), beneficial re-use of waste and state programs.  Our services also include contingency plan preparation, waste compliance reporting, training, and zero waste assessments.

Air Emissions

We provide air quality permitting, compliance and reporting services. See Air Quality Services page for details. We also calculate climate emissions. See Climate Change Services

Environmental Audits

FOURSES provides both comprehensive environmental compliance audits (multi-media) and program specific (waste, sustainability, etc.) audits.  The results of the audit will provide you with a scorecard of compliance with your environmental programs, areas of corrective action for non-compliance findings, and recommendations for improvement or implementation of best management practices.
